Why can’t I find appointments available online?

If you aren’t finding options in online booking, there are no available appointments within the current booking period. We only allow our books to be open 10-12 weeks at a time and we are usually mostly booked within that period.

When do new appointments become available?

New appointments open on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10am. Set yourself a calendar alert!

How can I get in sooner?

Sign yourself up for the waiting list. Please make sure the dates on your entry are accurate. The wait list is a robot so you will only be notified when the dates you list become available. We recommend not being too specific, just add a large date range so you’ll be notified of any opening. Once the dates you list have passed, your entry will expire. Feel free to sign up as many times as you like.

*We recommend booking yourself the soonest available appointment as backup rather than depending solely on the waiting list.

I have allergies, can I bring my own styling products?

Of course! We are happy to use any styling product that you bring in.

Do you do color?

Yes, although we are not currently taking new color clients. We can give you a killer recommendation to one of our former colleagues.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 48 or more hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
